Drivers

It is possible to book a space for someone else. When a booking is made for another person, it is important to indicate clearly which vehicle (brand, model and registration plate number) will be occupying the parking space by adding it to your vehicles. The responsible person is the one making the booking, not the person parking the vehicle.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. When such a situation arises, you should contact the parking space provider to see if it is possible to arrange for the space to be made free so that you can use it as originally intended. If this is not possible, please notify us immediately by email at support@easyp.ch with a photo and the number plate of the vehicle occupying the space, so that we can reimburse you. These situations are rare but they can happen, for example when another person occupies the parking space without authorization. It is the parking space provider’s responsibility to ensure that the parking space is free when you arrive.

For this type of parking space, please contact the space provider to arrange to collect the access equipment (key/badge/remote control) that gives access to the parking space. You will also need to arrange to return the equipment after the booking has ended.

It is possible to cancel your booking. Our cancellation and refund policy is described in our Terms and Conditions:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before it is due to start, you will be refunded the full amount paid, after deduction of the fees.
  • In the event of cancellation between 24 hours and 48 hours before the start of the booking, half of the paid amount will be refunded after deduction of fees.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your booking, you will not receive any refund.

Payments for monthly bookings work in the same way as other types of monthly subscriptions; you pay for the first month at the time of booking, then you are charged at the end of each month for the following month. You will not need to cancel anything, as you will have selected the total duration (in months) of the booking in advance. If you wish to cancel your booking from one month to the next, the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Parking space providers

Please contact the driver so that he/she can vacate the space. You will also need to inform us of how much time has passed since the end of the booking, so that we can arrange for the driver to pay the corresponding extra charge.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this kind of situation. You do, however, have the option of reporting the person so that he or she can be fined.

Although it is not recommended, you can cancel a booking. However, the service fees paid by the driver that will be refunded to him/her will be at your expense and will be deducted from the total amount paid to you at the beginning of the following month. Too many cancellations from your side could result in your EasyP account being blocked, as this would be too inconvenient for drivers.

When a driver books your parking space, you must arrange with the driver to provide him or her with the equipment (key/badge/remote control) giving access to your parking space. You will also need to arrange collection of the equipment once the booking has ended.
