Our app allows all types of vehicle (motorbikes, bicycles, cars, etc.) to book a space.
It is possible to book a space for someone else. When a booking is made for another person, it is important to indicate clearly which vehicle (brand, model and registration plate number) will be occupying the parking space by adding it to your vehicles. The responsible person is the one making the booking, not the person parking the vehicle.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. When such a situation arises, you should contact the parking space provider to see if it is possible to arrange for the space to be made free so that you can use it as originally intended. If this is not possible, please notify us immediately by email at support@easyp.chwith a photo and the number plate of the vehicle occupying the space, so that we can reimburse you. These situations are rare but they can happen, for example when another person occupies the parking space without authorization. It is the parking space provider’s responsibility to ensure that the parking space is free when you arrive.
For this type of parking space, please contact the space provider to arrange to collect the access equipment (key/badge/remote control) that gives access to the parking space. You will also need to arrange to return the equipment after the booking has ended.

We accept payments via TWINT and debit/credit card. New payment methods may be added in the future.
Please contact the person so that they can vacate the parking space. You will also need to inform us of how long the end time of the reservation has been exceeded, so that we can arrange for the person to pay the corresponding supplement.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this type of situation. You do, however, have the option of reporting the person.
Although it is not recommended, you can cancel a booking. However, any booking fees paid by the person will be at your expense and will be deducted from the total amount paid to you at the beginning of the following month. Too many cancellations on your part could result in your EasyP account being blocked, as this would be too inconvenient for users.
When someone books your parking space, you will need to organise with that person to give them the equipment (key/badge/remote control) giving access to your paking space. You will also need to organise for the equipment to be collected after the booking has ended.
If you are renting your parking space, you must have the consent of your landlord to sublet it. Please make sure this is the case before sharing your space on EasyP.
At the beginning of the month following your first booking, a secure form will be sent to you so that you can provide us with your bank details.
Booking revenues are transferred to your bank account at the beginning of each month for the bookings of the previous month.
Your set rates may be too high. To maximize your chances of receiving bookings, we recommend lowering your prices.
